In 2023, JND was appointed to develop new planting design proposals for the front entrance of a large business park in Hampshire.
The design emphasizes the use of ecologically rich and colourful species to boost biodiversity and support pollinator populations on the site.
The planting palette features a vibrant array of colours, focusing on a diverse selection of shrubs, evergreen groundcovers, tall perennial emergent species, and ornamental grasses. These plant choices not only enhance the visual appeal of the site entrance but also introduce texture and dynamic movement throughout the space.
JND continues to provide post-consultancy services, with subsequent phases of the project currently underway. This ongoing collaboration ensures that the planting scheme evolves gracefully with the seasons, maintaining its intended aesthetic and ecological impact.
All plant species were sourced from local nurseries specializing in peat-free planting stock, underscoring JND's commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
